I like to eat, and a friend of mine suggested that I write about it. How’s that for a start? My budget is limited, so you won’t hear too much about foie gras or black truffles- but if I do get my hands on those goodies, I’ll be sure to share it with you.
I’ve worked in a cheese store, in the front of the house in a popular Philadelphia restaurant, and I currently work as a desk jockey for a website that sells wine.
In a previous career, I spent lots of time in South Asia, studying rural development, so sometimes my experiences and opinions from there will make an appearance too.
